Fly fishing enthusiasts fish flies to silver
salmon throughout the state of Alaska, and Little Susitna River, only 90
minutes drive from Anchorage, is a top coho-silver producing stream. |

Silver or coho salmon is the Alaska salmon

A good fly fisherman can experience incredible
silver salmon fishing on Little Susitna River. Heavy rain showers before
this trip raised the water level and muddied the river, but fly fishing
remained fantastic. |

testing fight, that highlighted the fishing trip, before he could be
beached. |

caught his next fish without even making a cast. He was dragging a fly in
the water, as he waded out to get in position, when this chrome coho
attacked.
